With a background spanning from publicly traded companies to startups, Ben brings a wealth of experience in managing accounting, finance, operations, legal, and human resource functions. He is your trusted guide in scaling your business, offering the meticulous attention to detail your finances deserve. Beyond the business realm, Ben is a Seacoast, NH native with an insatiable passion for travel. His recent 16-month backpacking journey with his wife took them across the globe, indulging in adventures like hiking South American volcanoes, swimming with whale sharks in Africa, and snowboarding in Japan. In 2021, their adventures expanded as they welcomed a son into their family. More recently, they welcomed a baby girl.   Armed with an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of New Hampshire, Ben is not just a business leader but a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, ensuring that Keystone operates with expertise and precision.

Derrick is our seasoned accounting pro with a whopping 11 years of experience spanning the technology, finance, and food and beverage industries. He's the financial wizard behind the scenes, making numbers dance to his tune. But when the workday ends, Derrick's true adventure begins. He's a travel enthusiast who loves exploring new horizons with his family. His mission? To provide amazing experiences to his daughters, creating memories that'll last a lifetime.

Joyce is the secret ingredient to our Keystone success. Hailing from the Philippines, she's a hard-working bookkeeper with a knack for US accounting and bookkeeping. Before landing at Keystone, she was a multi-tasking marvel, juggling Sales, Operations, and Finance Management roles. Now, Joyce is our senior bookkeeper, partnering with STR business operators who dare to dream big. She's the financial wizard behind their success! When she's not crunching numbers, you'll find Joyce at home, enjoying quality time with her trusty dog and indulging in comedy movies. Traveling? Nah, not for Joyce, because, as she wisely puts it, "There's no one watching the dog!!!"

Jo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Accounting Technology and is on the fast track to a master's degree in Business Management. In her early career, Jo rocked the world of numbers as a State Auditor for the Commission on Audit in the Philippines. But she decided to add a dash of adventure and transitioned to the private sector, becoming an offshore Accountant for US-based companies. When Jo isn't balancing the books, you'll find her nose deep in a book, aspiring to build her own library. But that's not all – she's a budding filmmaker too! Jo captures life's ordinary moments and turns them into short films.

Abby, our bookkeeping whiz, joined the Keystone family in March 2023. Starting off as a bookkeeping whiz handling both STR and SMB clients, Abby now brings her magic exclusively to our STR clients. Before joining the Keystone family, Abby worked through numbers at a local merchandise shop and later for a Japanese Manufacturing company in a neighboring city for a fabulous 6 years. Off duty, Abby transforms into a dog-loving maestro, spending her free moments playing with her furry pals. And when wanderlust beckons, she's off to explore beaches, both near and far.

Christian is our go-to bookkeeping guru, highly knowledgeable and utterly dependable. When it comes to managing bookkeeping responsibilities, he's the ace up our sleeve. A proactive problem-solver, Christian boasts a proven track record of tackling bookkeeping challenges head-on. His dedication ensures that the financial gears at Keystone turn seamlessly. Outside the numbers, Christian takes on a different quest—diving into the digital realm with a passion for online games and the captivating world of manhua/manga.

Sheena's journey at Keystone is as dynamic as it gets. She started out as an Accounting Instructor, juggling her teaching gig while moonlighting as a bookkeeper. Talk about multitasking! Her path took a scenic route into the world of Real Estate, where she served as a VA bookkeeper, handling a colorful array of accounts with diverse lines of business in the RE realm. And now, she's our STR bookkeeper, adding even more stripes to her financial prowess. When she's not crunching digits, you'll find her at the beach, taking leisurely walks, or basking in the joy of family time.

Jody's no ordinary admin. With 8+ years in the wild world of corporate Accounting, she's a financial wiz turned online freelancing aficionado. Now, she keeps our Keystone Bookkeepers ship sailing smoothly. When she's not crunching numbers, you'll find her sipping coffee and soaking up family warmth. But wait, there's more! From a regular Accounting Supervisor in the Philippines to a point of contact for onboarding bookkeeping clients in a US firm, Quinie's journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. And as if that's not enough, she's now venturing into the sweet world of baking during her free time.

With a decade of accounting prowess in the construction, real estate, and property management arena, Reymund is our go-to Bookkeeper, constructing financial excellence brick by brick. Currently steering the ship for SMB clients at Keystone, Reymund's expertise forms the foundation of our financial success. With 15 years in the HR arena, Czarinah is our go-to maestro for all things HR and Operations. Armed with a BS in Psychology and an MBA, Czarinah seamlessly combines the art of people management with business brilliance. Originally from Los Angeles, Sunshine now calls Upstate New York home and brings 20 years of accounting expertise to our team. Known for her unique ability to create order out of chaos, she has helped businesses of all sizes establish strong financial infrastructures and procedures, laying the groundwork for their success. When she's not working her magic in the financial world, Sunshine enjoys reading, camping, and caring for her three rescue dogs. An avid volunteer at local shelters, she has a heart as big as her skills.
