Okay, let's talk early and late check-in fees. While I realize not every property manager charges for these, a lot of them do. And because of the way it works in VR Platform and our systems, we need a default option to map these charges to.

So we have three options. The first is they're kept by the property management company as revenue. The second is we pass them on to owners through the owner statement and you take a commission so they become commissionable revenue to the owners. The third option is they're passed on to the owners and the management company does not take a commission.

While we need a default in our system, we can always change individual charges if you let us know. But we do need to set something in VR platform.

If you don't charge them, we're going to default you to option 1 in case you ever do charge them in the future.

Again, we can always change this. And just as an FYI, the vast majority of our property management clients keep this as revenue because typically it's on the property manager to make sure the property is ready and coordinate cleaners and any other staff to accommodate an early or a late check-in or check-out for the guests.
